The bike came in a crate and was packaged very well, but I still found a few small scratches on the plastic, which was a little disappointing for a new bike. That said, it's a dirt bike, so it's going to get scratched anyway. The performance is incredible, and the range has been surprisingly good.

I've had the bike for a few weeks now and the power is everything I expected and more. The problem is, some of the quality control seems to be lacking. My battery cover won't latch properly and the seat bolt was a nightmare to align. It's a shame because the overall ride quality is top-notch.

The performance of this bike is absolutely insane. Coming from a Talaria, the torque on the XE Pro S is in a class of its own. I was a little bummed there were no paper instructions for the fork assembly, but a quick call to Electricycle Shop sorted me out. Their staff, specifically a guy named Mark, walked me through it step-by-step. The fit and finish on some of the plastic parts could be better, but honestly, this thing is built to be ridden hard, not babied. Worth every penny.
