Shipping & Refund Policy


​At Electricycle Shop, we are committed to providing clear and transparent terms for our US and International customers. We specialize in both standard e-bikes and high-performance electric vehicles.
​1. Shipping Information
​Domestic Shipping (United States)
​Shipping Fees: We currently offer free shipping to all 50 states
​High-Performance Units (Sur-Ron/Dirt Bikes): These units are shipped via ground courier (UPS/FedEx).Delivery typically takes 5–7 business days.
​Processing Time: All domestic orders are processed within 1–2 business days from our Santa Rosa hub.


​International Shipping
​We ship internationally to select regions.
​International Shipping Fees: A flat-rate shipping fee is applied at checkout for all international orders.
​Import Duties & Taxes: For international orders, customers are responsible for all import duties, V.A.T., and customs brokerage fees imposed by their local government. These fees are not included in our shipping rates.
​Merchant Handling Fees: Any merchant-imposed international handling fees are clearly disclosed in your final shipping total at checkout.


​2. Return & Refund Policy
​We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery for all products.


​Return Conditions
​To be eligible for a return, the following criteria must be met:
​Condition: The item must be in new, unridden, and unassembled condition.
​Packaging: High-performance units (E-BIKES) must remain in their original metal crating/packaging with all seals intact.
​Exclusions: Items that have been assembled, modified, or ridden cannot be returned due to safety and liability regulations.


​Return Costs & Fees
​Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the full cost of return shipping. For freight items (Sur-Ron), this typically ranges from $150 to $400.
​Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee applies to all non-defective returns. This fee is deducted from your final refund to cover inspection and original outbound shipping costs.


​How to Process a Return

​Ship the item to our Santa Rosa logistics hub:

​Once received and inspected (within 3 business days), your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
